FME IWG Meeting Registration 2024

Export Control & Antitrust Compliance: In the course of meeting attendance & subsequent discussions including group website access, export controlled information related to the Operation & Maintenance of Nuclear Reactors may be shared among the attendees. FME COORDINATOR ORIENTATION & JOB FAMILIARIZATION – MONDAY, JULY 15TH
There will be a one-day session on Monday provided by the FME IWG. An additional fee of $100 required. Select this as an option in addition to your FME IWG meeting attendance when you register.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS - DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS 5 PM JUNE 24TH OR WHEN THE BLOCK SELLS OUT.
The FME IWG rate is $169/night +tax. Cancel without penalty by 3 days prior to arrival date.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION – THE HOTEL DOES NOT PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICE. UBER/LYFT ARE RECOMMENDED.
Louis Armstrong New Orleans lnternational Airport (MSY): 16 miles from the hotel.
No car is needed; the hotel is in the midst of the very walkable French Quarter. Hotel valet parking is $39/night.
