Export Control & Antitrust Compliance: In the course of meeting attendance & subsequent discussions, export-controlled information related to the Operation & Maintenance of Nuclear Reactors may be shared among the attendees. By submitting this application to attend, I agree that my participation will comply with applicable U.S./foreign antitrust laws, including U.S. DOE 10CFR Part 810. ONLY foreign nationals from countries in Appendix A & who have signed the group’s compliance form, can attend.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS - DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS JUNE 20th OR UNTIL THE BLOCK FILLS.

The PUG rate is $234/night plus tax. A small number of GSA per diem rate rooms are available for those who qualify.

A credit card guarantee is required with all reservation requests. The card will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax for all no-shows and for all reservations canceled within (48) hours prior to arrival. Weekend nights are very limited availability. If your search shows no rooms, try again with dates not including weekends.

• There is not an airport shuttle service. Uber/Lyft and car rentals are recommended.
