NIC Meeting Registration 2026

Export Control & Antitrust Compliance: In the course of meeting attendance & subsequent discussions, export-controlled information related to the Operation & Maintenance of Nuclear Reactors may be shared among the attendees. By submitting this application to attend, I agree that my participation will comply with applicable U.S./foreign antitrust laws, including U.S. DOE 10CFR Part 810. ONLY foreign nationals from countries in Appendix A & who have signed the group’s compliance form, can attend.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS - DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS IS MAY 15th OR UNTIL THE BLOCK FILLS.

The NIC rate is $206/night plus tax. A small number of rooms at per diem rate are available as well.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING – There is no hotel-provided shuttle. Parking is $15/day.

• Uber/Lyft is approximately $60. Car rentals are available at the airport.
