Export Control & Antitrust Compliance: In the course of meeting attendance & subsequent discussions, export-controlled information related to the Operation & Maintenance of Nuclear Reactors may be shared among the attendees. By submitting this application to attend, I agree that my participation will comply with applicable U.S./foreign antitrust laws, including U.S. DOE 10CFR Part 810. ONLY foreign nationals from countries in Appendix A & who have signed the group’s compliance form, can attend.

The meeting rate is $209/night plus tax for single/double occupancy. Daily breakfast and guestroom internet is included.

• Cancellation without penalty is allowed up to 72 hours before arrival date.
